Modern touch to your living room

I get really excited when I post some new designs from Turkish designers, and nowadays, I really come across a big time! Since there is a huge history, and a huge nation behind it, I believe Turkey will foster great designs and designers.

These works are belong to Onur Çobanlı. They are minimalistic, not surely comfortable, but comfort is not everything, in some places we can afford visual quality instead of comfort!

Onur Çobanlı is a young furniture designer, studying for his PhD in Politecnico di Milano, Italy.

Let's congratulate his works, and wish a good luck in his career.

Minimalism on the street

st5 st4 st3 st2 st st13 st12 st11

There is no doubt that you can immediately understand who those posters belong for, names could give you a hint anyway. But those Street Fighter minimalist posters are really on the spot, my favorite Ryu, but I guess, the most accurate one is Akuma’s.

I also designed one

aluminum-chess-set_02_QFPRC_17621 aluminum-chess-set_CBs6p_17621 aluminum-chess-set_01_TMfYm_17621

This is an aluminum designed chess board. I have in mind a really similar thing but this is really continuous in design, mine is much industrial.

I hope to complete it in sometime, at least before I graduate. Actually I’m considering this to do these shiny days.

Unfortunately I don’t remember whose design it was…

Minimal design – Galli’s House

image Galli's house by Galli & Rudolf at Switzerland.

It is wooden. I wonder the interior. It looks like a house for a mathematician for me.

Oh, mine does not have a spoon!

Another creative yet simple design from Yanko’s

It is lovely and minimal, but I need to test it myself.

It also looks like not-ergonomically designed.

Click at the link below.

Bon appetite
